Set-up custom email addresses using your domain name for a more professional look, or set-up email aliases that will automatically forward to an existing email account. Webmail access anywhere there is internet connection or receive emails through Outlook, Thunderbird and Eudora with Pop3 access. Auto Responders send replies to email inquiries 24 hours a day.

Contact Management System **
We include a powerful contact management and lead tracking tool. You can capture your customers email addresses and then add them to a lead database. You can offer discount coupon or special payment plans that are only available through your site. Includes email list management utilities. You can actually do your own email marketing.

Site Promotion
No matter how impressive your website is, it’s not doing you any good if customers can’t find you online. Both packages require you to submit your website to search engines. The Web Tailor will set-up your site and submit it to the big three search engines the first time only. You will be responsible for submission thereafter. With the Site Promotion Tool, a Customer Care Rep will help you increase your visibility on the World Wide Web by guiding you through the entire optimization and submission process, for MA Webcenter sites. For basic website packages or MA Webcenter sites you can submit them manually every 45 days by clicking on the links to the right and entering your websites address. The home page also has a set of links. The Web Tailor also provides a service that will submit your site to over 150 search engines every 45 days to improve your ranking.

E-commerce Capabilities **
MA Webcenters sites are automatically enabled with e-commerce tools. Giving you the ability to sell your product or service over the Internet and capture the impulse buyer. Customizable Product Catalog **
No additional charge for this feature. Product catalogs can be divided into categories and sub-categories. Merchant Account **
There is no charge to transfer your existing merchant account to your web site. It is as simple as pointing and clicking. If you do not want or have a merchant account, you can still capture credit card orders by utilizing PayPal or another merchant program. If you do not yet have a merchant account but would like one, we can obtain one for you through our partnership with Itransact.
